Job Description
As a Line Cook, you will prepare high-quality meals in a fast-paced restaurant environment while maintaining exceptional food quality, cleanliness, and efficiency. You will work closely with the kitchen team to ensure orders are prepared accurately and served in a timely manner. The ideal candidate enjoys cooking, thrives under pressure, and is committed to providing an outstanding dining experience.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and presentation standards.
- Maintain food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness throughout the kitchen.
- Ensure food is prepared accurately and delivered on time.
- Stock and organize food, supplies, and workstation throughout each shift.
- Work collaboratively with kitchen staff to meet daily service demands.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Previous line cook or commercial kitchen experience preferred.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced team environment.
