Job Description
Our client is seeking a dependable Sanitation Associate to maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment while supporting daily warehouse operations. This position is responsible for sanitation duties, operating cleaning equipment, assisting with warehouse projects, and ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation procedures. The ideal candidate is reliable, safety-focused, and enjoys working in a fast-paced team environment.
Responsibilities:
• Perform daily warehouse sanitation, cleaning, and facility maintenance tasks
• Operate floor scrubbers and pressure washing equipment to maintain warehouse cleanliness
• Follow all sanitation procedures and company safety policies, including proper PPE usage
• Assist with warehouse projects, food distribution activities, and community room setup as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment while supporting daily operations

Qualifications and Requirements:
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Previous janitorial, custodial, sanitation, or warehouse cleaning experience preferred
• Experience working in warehouse, grocery, or food production environments preferred
• Ability to obtain Forklift Certification within 30 days of hire
• Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in varying warehouse temperatures, including cooler and freezer environments

The base pay range for this position is $35,360 annually, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final compensation will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future growth.
