Job Description
As a Maintenance Technician, you’ll play a vital role in keeping our production facility running smoothly by installing, maintaining, and repairing machinery, physical structures, pipe systems, and electrical components. This hands-on role is perfect for someone with strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and a desire to grow in an industrial maintenance career.

Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair machinery, physical structures, pipe systems, and electrical systems
- Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical issues and implement solutions
- Perform preventive maintenance to reduce downtime and optimize equipment performance
- Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, manuals, and technical instructions
- Use machine tools (lathe, grinder, drill, mill) to fabricate or repair parts as needed
- Operate welding equipment and cutting torches to cut or join metal components
Qualifications and Requirements:
- 4+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Strong mechanical aptitude with proficiency in electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
- Able to read schematics, blueprints, and detailed maintenance documentation
- Certification or training in areas like welding, HVAC, or electrical systems is a plus
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or apprenticeship preferred
- Must be able to pass all required pre-employment screenings

The base salary range for this position is $25/hr. range based on experience, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
