Job Description
As a Shipping & Receiving Associate, you’ll be responsible for building and assembling a variety of shipping and packaging components—such as pallets, racks, crates, and containers—to exact specifications. If you enjoy hands-on work and take pride in precision and quality, this is the role for you.

Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against documentation
- Prepare and package outgoing orders accurately and efficiently
- Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shipping & receiving area
- Assist with inventory management and cycle counts
- Communicate effectively with team members and other departments
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year experience in shipping/receiving or warehouse operations preferred
- Familiarity with basic shipping systems (UPS/FedEx) a plus; training available
- Forklift experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Must be able to pass pre-employment screenings
