Job Description:
The Machine Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and monitoring production equipment to ensure quality products are manufactured efficiently and safely. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, follows work instructions accurately, and is committed to maintaining high production and quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Set up, operate, and monitor manufacturing equipment according to production specifications.
- Load raw materials and remove finished products from machines.
- Inspect parts and products to ensure they meet quality standards and customer specifications.
- Perform routine machine adjustments and troubleshoot minor mechanical issues.
- Maintain accurate production and quality records.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous machine operating or manufacturing experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to read and follow work instructions and production documents.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
