Job Description
The Manufacturing Lead is responsible for producing quality products while meeting or exceeding established standards through assembly operations and shipping process. This role also involves mentoring and developing team members, supporting training efforts, and ensuring goals are met in safety, quality, delivery, and cost. The Manufacturing Lead will play a key role in continuous improvement initiatives, product development, and possible business developments.
The Manufacturing Lead is responsible for producing quality products while meeting or exceeding established standards through assembly operations and shipping process. This role also involves mentoring and developing team members, supporting training efforts, and ensuring goals are met in safety, quality, delivery, and cost. The Manufacturing Lead will play a key role in continuous improvement initiatives, product development, and possible business developments.
Responsibilities:
- Mentor and develop associates while supporting training and cross-training initiatives
- Participate in continuous improvement projects and recommend ways to reduce waste
- Operate and maintain machinery, including preventive and corrective maintenance
- Assemble products using tools and following product blueprints
- Support quality and safety programs, including reporting near misses and ensuring compliance
Qualifications and Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1–2 years of experience as a lead or developing lead role in manufacturing
- Previous machine operating or work cell environment experience preferred
- Ability to use Microsoft programs and shipping programs
- Bilinugal is a plus but not required

The base pay range for this position is $55,000-60,000 annually, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final compensation will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future growth.
