Job Description
Are you looking to start or grow your career in the textile industry? We are seeking dependable Creeler Operators to join a leading textile manufacturer in Cherryville, NC. In this role, you will load yarn packages onto creels, monitor yarn flow to ensure continuous production, inspect materials for quality, and assist with packaging finished products as needed. Responsibilities:
- Load and replace yarn packages on creel racks to keep production running efficiently
- Monitor yarn supply and identify broken ends or production issues
- Inspect yarn and finished products to ensure quality standards are met
- Assist with packing, labeling, and preparing finished products for shipment
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while following all company safety procedures
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Previous manufacturing or textile experience is preferred but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
- Ability to stand, bend, and lift throughout the entire shift
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality products
- Reliable attendance and a positive work ethic

The base pay range for this position is $33,280–$33,280 annually, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final compensation will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future growth.
