Job Description:
The Shipping Associate is vital to the efficient operation of the shipping department. This role involves preparing, packaging, and loading outgoing automotive parts while ensuring accurate inventory and shipment documentation using an RF scanner. The Shipping Associate is vital to the efficient operation of the shipping department. This role involves preparing, packaging, and loading outgoing automotive parts while ensuring accurate inventory and shipment documentation using an RF scanner. Responsibilities:
Load trucks with automotive parts and materials for shipment.
Use an RF scanner to inventory and track outgoing goods accurately.
Operate pallet jacks and other material handling equipment as required.
Inspect, verify, and document outgoing shipments for accuracy and quality compliance.
Collaborate with the team to maintain a smooth and efficient workflow.

Qualifications and Requirements:
Previous experience using an RF scanner.
Familiarity with pallet jacks and other material handling tools.
Forklift experience or willingness to learn if necessary (this is not primarily a forklift role).
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

The base pay range for this position is $17.25, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final compensation will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future growth.
