Job Description:
Assist a busy talent acquisition team in performing administrative tasks, sourcing and screening qualified candidates, coordinating interviews, and assisting with the onboarding process. Your strong recruitment skills and ability to work collaboratively will be essential in helping us build a talented, diverse workforce to serve our growing business units.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the HR team to implement effective talent acquisition strategies
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
- Provide support throughout the onboarding process for new hires
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of recruitment
Qualifications and Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent organizational and time management skills

The base salary range for this position is $23.00 -$25.00, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note that hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
