Job Description
Dependable Production Associates needed to join this manufacturing team in Greenfield. In this role, employees will either load parts onto a moving rack system for processing or remove finished parts from the rack system and perform quality inspections. This position requires attention to detail, the ability to stay on task in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to producing quality products.
Responsibilities
- Load parts onto a moving rack system according to production requirements
- Remove finished parts from racks after processing
- Inspect parts for quality, defects, and proper finish
- Report quality concerns or equipment issues to supervisors
Qualifications and Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards
- Ability to lift, move, and handle production materials as needed
- Dependable attendance and punctuality
