Business Development DirectorNúria Archer brings more than 20 years of experience in recruiting, following an earlier career in accounting with an international organization that took her through roles in Spain and the United Kingdom. She holds a degree in Hotel Business and Tourism Studies from her home country.
Throughout her recruiting career, Núria has earned recognition as a Top Performer, a President’s Club awardee, and an Employee of the Quarter, along with numerous promotions. She is a Certified Personnel Consultant and is known for her leadership and her proven ability to build sales teams by mentoring, coaching, and developing the people around her.
Chris Carlson
Vice President Professional SpecialtiesChris Carlson leads national search and staffing strategies at The Reserves Network across Accounting & Finance, Executive & Management (including interim and fractional leadership), Engineering, Information Technology, and Professional Services. She also serves as Heartland Regional Vice President, overseeing administrative and industrial workforce solutions. From temporary projects and seasonal peaks to business-critical hires, her contingent hiring programs help organizations scale, compete, and grow.
With more than 30 years in the search and staffing industry, Chris brings a strategic, consultative approach to workforce solutions, aligning talent strategy directly with business objectives. She is passionate about helping companies solve complex workforce challenges and build high-performing organizations.
