Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Quality Document Control Specialist to support quality assurance and compliance initiatives within a manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for maintaining quality documentation, compiling certification packages, supporting audits, and ensuring accurate records management while providing exceptional internal and external customer support.
Responsibilities:
- Review raw material certifications
- Compile final certification packages for shipment
- Enter material and outside processing certifications
- Assist with compiling First Article Inspection Reports
- Internal quality system audits
- Filing quality documentation
- Review & scanning of completed jobs/routers
- Compiling quality reports
- Pre-production traveler review
- Assist with filing & maintenance of Engineering Documentation
- Maintain QMS documentation
- Assist with revising & creating QMS documents
- Providing customer service to help resolve quality issues
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Requirements:
- 5+ years as a successful Document Controller in a manufacturing environment
- A proven track record
- Strong skill set in all aspects of customer service and support.
- Great organizational skills and the ability to multi-task successfully in an extremely busy environment
- Social Media skills, understanding of business avenues, i.e. Linked In, Facebook
- Strong professional references

The base salary for this position is up to $30/hr. based on experience, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
