Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented New Home Starts Administrative Assistant to support the New Home Starts Department and Director. This role is responsible for managing construction-related documentation, coordinating meetings and departmental communications, maintaining calendars, and assisting with various administrative projects. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, maintains a high level of confidentiality, and can effectively manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.
Responsibilities:
• Prepare, organize, and maintain construction documents and departmental records
• Draft and distribute memos, reports, correspondence, policy updates, and instructional materials
• Coordinate meetings, conference calls, travel arrangements, and departmental schedules
• Maintain department calendars and assist with project tracking and reporting
• Research, analyze, and support miscellaneous projects while ensuring timely completion of assignments

Qualifications and Requirements:
• Minimum of 3 years of administrative support experience required
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
• Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a customer-focused mindset

The base pay range for this position is $49,920 annually, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final compensation will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity.
