Job Description

We are seeking a dependable Manufacturing Team Lead to oversee evening production operations in a hands-on leadership role. This position offers the opportunity to take ownership of the shift, support production processes, perform quality checks, troubleshoot issues, and help maintain a safe and efficient work environment. The ideal candidate is someone who takes pride in their work, leads by example, and can be trusted with significant responsibility.
Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor production equipment
- Monitor grinders and support manufacturing operations
- Perform quality checks and inspections on finished parts
- Assist with machine setups and basic troubleshooting
- Support production workflow and maintain efficiency
- Ensure a safe, clean, and organized work environment
- Secure the facility at the end of the shift, including building lock-up responsibilities
- Serve as a reliable resource for production operations and problem solving
Qualifications and Requirements
- Previous manufacturing experience required
- Leadership, lead, or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent attendance and reliability
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to pass pre-employment screenings, including a background check
