Job Description:
Join a fast-growing financial services organization as a Systems Analyst, where you will serve as a technical expert supporting critical revenue operations platforms and workflows. In this role, you will partner closely with business and technology stakeholders to optimize system performance, troubleshoot complex issues, support integrations, and drive process improvements across the go-to-market technology stack. This position is ideal for someone with a strong systems-thinking mindset who enjoys solving complex problems, researching new capabilities, and serving as a trusted advisor between technical teams and business leaders.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a technical expert supporting revenue operations systems and business-critical workflows.
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve complex system, integration, and process issues.
- Support administration, configuration, and optimization of platforms such as Salesforce, Outreach, and related business systems.
- Research and evaluate new features, enhancements, and process improvement opportunities.
- Assist with system integrations, data mapping, workflow improvements, and release management activities.
- Perform system audits, data validation, and risk analysis to ensure data integrity and operational effectiveness.
- Develop documentation, user guides, and technical procedures for common support scenarios.
- Facilitate testing efforts for vendor releases, enhancements, and system changes.
- Collaborate with IT, operations, and business stakeholders to improve efficiency and scalability.
- Train users and support adoption of new technologies and processes across the organization.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- 3-5 years of systems administration experience, preferably supporting Salesforce, Outreach, Salesloft, Marketo, or similar business platforms.
- 2+ years of technical support experience supporting business-critical applications.
- 2+ years of experience in analytics, systems auditing, testing, risk analysis, or related disciplines.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex workflows and system behaviors.
- Experience supporting integrations, workflow automation, and platform configuration.
- Working knowledge of SQL and data analysis concepts.
- Experience contributing to or supporting production change management processes.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present to technical and executive stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant technical experience.
- Experience with cloud telephony platforms, Azure Virtual Desktop environments, email deliverability technologies, or experience supporting systems within regulated industries is a plus.

The hourly pay range for this position is $54 – $60 per hour, excluding benefits or other compensation. Your final rate will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future rate growth.
