Job Description
We are seeking a dependable Production Associate to support manufacturing operations in a fast-paced production environment. This role is responsible for operating and monitoring production equipment, handling raw materials, inspecting finished products, and maintaining quality standards throughout the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, a commitment to workplace safety, and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions. This position offers an opportunity to develop valuable manufacturing skills while contributing to continuous process improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities:
• Operate, monitor, and adjust manufacturing equipment according to production specifications and work instructions
• Feed, handle, measure, and prepare raw materials for production while maximizing material yield and quality standards
• Inspect products using measuring tools and perform quality checks to ensure compliance with specifications
• Complete production documentation, including production reports, process checklists, scrap records, and timekeeping data
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment while following all company safety policies and procedures

Qualifications and Requirements:
• Minimum of three months of manufacturing, production, machine operation, or related experience preferred
• Ability to read, understand, and follow written instructions, work orders, and standard operating procedures
• Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and measurement calculations
• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and the ability to use electronic devices or computerized equipment
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, dependability, and commitment to quality and safety standards
• Ability to read, understand, and follow written instructions, work orders, and standard operating procedures
