Job Description:
To provide administrative and clerical support to management and departmental teams in a fast-paced healthcare environment focused on organ and tissue donation. Responsibilities include managing calendars, scheduling meetings, answering phones, preparing reports and correspondence, maintaining confidential records, and supporting office operations. The ideal candidate will have strong communication, Microsoft Office, multitasking, and organizational skills with the ability to handle sensitive information professionally and efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and coordinate
- Provide administrative support to managers and depar
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and confidential files
- Enter and update data in company databases and systems
- Respond to emails and assist with internal/external communication
- Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and documentation
- Scan, upload, file, and organize documents
- Assist with onboarding paperwork and administrative processes
- Coordinate office supplies, shipments, and departmental requests
- Support customer service and patient/provider communication
- Handle sensitive information while maintaining confidentiality and HIPAA compliance
- Assist with meeting preparation, agendas, and follow-up tasks
- Work within multiple systems while managing competing priorities
- Provide professional support in a fast-paced healthcare environment
Requirements:
- Minimum 2-3 years' experience
- High School Diploma or GED
- Pre employment drug screen
- Background check
