Job Description
Our client in Wooster, Ohio is seeking Battery Assembly Operators to support the assembly of electric vehicle batteries. This role involves operating machinery, inspecting components, supporting production, and ensuring quality standards are met. Strong attention to detail is essential, as this position requires accurate inspections, careful recordkeeping, and the ability to identify defects throughout the assembly process. Candidates must be able to train on 1st shift until August before transitioning to the regular 3rd shift schedule.
Responsibilities:
• Set up and operate machines, including conducting initial checks and test sequences
• Assist with machine ramp-up and support Operators in daily operations
• Support maintenance by inspecting equipment and preventing downtime
• Maintain accurate records and follow documented procedures
• Inspect finished products and components and submit them for approval

Qualifications and Requirements:
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify defects and ensure quality standards are met
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Ability to use measuring instruments accurately
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English
• Good visual acuity and ability to operate basic machinery
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
