Job Description:
A well-established organization is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Administrator to support daily office operations. This is a part-time position working approximately 25 hours per week and offers a temp-to-hire opportunity with the potential to transition into a full-time role for the right candidate.
Responsibilities:
- Process auto payments and credit card payments accurately and efficiently
- Manage Accounts Payable functions, including invoice processing and vendor communications
- Coordinate and track various projects to ensure timely completion
- Maintain organized records and documentation
- Assist with reporting, data entry, and general administrative tasks
- Support day-to-day office operations and special projects as assigned
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Experience using QuickBooks
- Previous Accounts Payable experience required
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Previous experience working for a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization is a plus
