Job Description
The HR Generalist (Contract) provides operational and administrative support to the Benefits Strategy & Governance team. This role functions as a hybrid HR generalist with foundational benefits knowledge, assisting with coordination, project tracking, and day-to-day operational needs. The position plays a key role in maintaining organization across leadership priorities and ensuring smooth execution of HR and benefits initiatives. Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities are essential for success in this role.
Responsibilities
• Support basic HR and benefits inquiries and escalate complex issues as needed
• Assist with benefits administration processes and cross-functional coordination (HRIS, Payroll, vendors, MyHR)
• Track project timelines, deliverables, and assist with meeting preparation and follow-ups
• Manage calendars for Benefits leadership, schedule meetings, and coordinate logistics
• Process invoices, maintain records, and support reporting and documentation needs

Qualifications and Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 2+ years of experience in HR, administrative support, or related field
• Basic knowledge of HR functions and employee benefits preferred
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HR systems
