Job Description
A manufacturing and logistics company in Cherryville is seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) with forklift experience to support daily operations. This role will assist with customer communication, order processing, shipping documentation, and coordination between warehouse and production teams. Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced industrial environment and assisting with warehouse duties as needed. Strong organizational and communication skills are required for success in this role.
Responsibilities:
· Process customer orders, shipping paperwork, and inventory transactions
· Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with warehouse and logistics teams
· Communicate delivery updates and resolve customer concerns professionally
· Operate forklift equipment safely to assist with shipping and receiving activities
· Maintain accurate records within inventory and warehouse management systems

Qualifications and Requirements:
· Minimum 2 years of customer service experience in manufacturing, logistics, or warehouse environments
· Forklift experience required; certification preferred
· Strong computer and data entry skills
· Excellent communication and organizational abilities
· Ability to work in a warehouse/manufacturing environment and lift up to 50 lbs.

The pay range for this position is $33,280–$35,360, excluding bonuses or other compensation. Your final compensation will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future growth.
