Job Description
A leading manufacturing company is seeking an experienced Shipping Clerk to support daily shipping and warehouse operations in a fast-paced production environment. This role is responsible for coordinating shipments, preparing shipping documentation, processing domestic and international freight, and ensuring accuracy in inventory and order fulfillment. The ideal candidate will have prior shipping experience, forklift operation skills, and the ability to work overtime as needed to meet shipping deadlines. Experience using IFS or similar ERP/MRP systems is highly preferred.
Responsibilities:
• Prepare shipping documents, pick lists, and delivery notes for daily shipments
• Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move materials and finished goods safely
• Process shipments through UPS, FedEx, DHL, and freight carrier systems
• Coordinate carrier pickups and maintain accurate shipping records within IFS or ERP systems
• Verify shipping quantities and ensure all outbound shipments meet company procedures
• Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move materials and finished goods safely

Qualifications and Requirements:
• Minimum 1+ year of stand-up and sit-down forklift experience required
• Previous shipping, receiving, or warehouse logistics experience preferred
• Experience with IFS or similar MRP/ERP systems is a plus
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and computerized shipping systems
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work overtime as needed

The base pay range for this position is $49,920–$52,000 annually, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final compensation will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future growth.
