Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and safety-focused Cherry Picker Forklift Operator to join our warehouse team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating a cherry picker forklift to accurately pick, move, stack, and replenish inventory within a fast-paced alcohol distribution warehouse. Candidates must be comfortable working at elevated heights and handling alcoholic beverage products with care and accuracy
Responsibilities:
ï‚· Operate a cherry picker forklift safely and efficiently throughout the warehouse
ï‚· Pick and stage orders accurately using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
ï‚· Load, unload, move, stack, and replenish alcoholic beverage inventory
ï‚· Perform daily equipment inspections and report any maintenance or safety issues
ï‚· Maintain productivity and accuracy standards in a fast-paced environment
ï‚· Follow all warehouse safety procedures and OSHA guidelines
ï‚· Assist with inventory counts and general warehouse duties as needed
ï‚· Maintain a clean and organized work area
Qualifications and Requirements:
ï‚· Previous cherry picker forklift experience required
ï‚· Valid forklift certification preferred
ï‚· Experience working in a warehouse or distribution environment
ï‚· Ability to work at elevated heights for extended periods
ï‚· Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently
ï‚· Comfortable working in a fast-paced alcohol warehouse environment
ï‚· Basic RF scanner and inventory system knowledge preferred
ï‚· Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
ï‚· Reliable attendance and punctuality required

The base salary range for this position is $17.00per hour, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
