Job Description
As a Warehouse Worker, you will support daily warehouse operations through material handling, organization, quality control, and general warehouse maintenance. This role is essential to maintaining operational efficiency, workplace safety, and accurate inventory flow within a fast-paced distribution environment.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general warehouse duties including material handling, organization, and janitorial tasks
- Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
- Support quality control processes to ensure product accuracy and compliance
- Load, unload, move, and stage materials throughout the warehouse
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Follow company safety procedures and warehouse policies
- Assist supervisors with additional warehouse duties and special projects as assigned
- Support workflow efficiency through strong time management and dependability
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Previous warehouse or distribution experience preferred
- Forklift operating experience preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Ability to follow instructions and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Dependable attendance and strong work ethic required
- Ability to lift, move, and stand for extended periods throughout the shift

The base pay range for this position is $15/hour, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
