Job Description
Our client, a financial services firm in Plano, TX is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support senior executives, including multiple Group Vice Presidents and the CEO’s executive support team. The role involves managing calendars, coordinating travel and meetings, handling expense reporting, and supporting general office operations such as supplies and vendor coordination.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism. Strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office are required.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to multiple Group Vice Presidents, including calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and expense reporting
- Assist the Senior Executive Assistant to the CEO with scheduling, logistics, and other administrative tasks
- Support general office administration, including supplies management and vendor coordination
- Maintain organized office systems and ensure smooth daily operations
- Serve as a backup for other administrative staff when needed
- Act as a liaison between executives, internal teams, and external partners with professionalism and discretion
- Handle additional assigned administrative or office support tasks as needed

The base pay range for this position is $110,000 – $120,000, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final compensation will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future growth.
