Job Description
Join a fast-paced precast concrete team where quality is critical. In this role, you will perform daily inspections and testing to ensure products meet ASTM, PCI, and NPCA standards. You’ll work closely with production teams to maintain quality, accuracy, and compliance across all stages of manufacturing.

Responsibilities:
• Perform concrete testing including slump flow, air content, compressive strength, temperature, and density
• Conduct pre-pour and post-pour inspections, verifying reinforcement, dimensions, and finishes against specifications
• Document quality control results, maintain logs, and issue nonconformance reports as needed
• Maintain calibration of testing equipment and assist with internal and third-party audits

Qualifications and Requirements:
• 2+ years of precast or ready-mix concrete quality control experience
• Knowledge of ASTM, PCI, and NPCA standards
• Ability to read blueprints and interpret mix designs
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a plant environment, including lifting up to 80 lbs

The pay range for this position is $60,000–$70,000, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final compensation will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity.
