Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a growing practice specializing in Orthopedics and/or Pain Management. This role offers a mix of clinic and procedural responsibilities, working closely with physicians to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with musculoskeletal and/or chronic pain conditions
- Develop and manage treatment plans, including medication management and follow-up care
- Perform or assist with procedures such as joint injections, trigger point injections, and other pain management treatments (based on experience)
- Collaborate with physicians in both clinic and procedural settings
- Educate patients on treatment options, recovery expectations, and ongoing care plans
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EMR systems
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Active Texas NP or PA license
- Board certification (NP or NCCPA for PA)
- 1+ year of Orthopedic and/or Pain Management experience preferred
- Experience with procedures or injections highly preferred
- Strong clinical judgment and ability to work both independently and collaboratively

Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future & continued salary growth
