Job Description:
The Production Associate will be responsible for accurately measuring, mixing, and preparing paint batches according to production formulas, quality standards, and safety procedures. This role includes operating mixing equipment, handling raw materials, monitoring batch consistency, and maintaining a clean and organized work area. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, able to lift and move materials as needed, and committed to supporting efficient production.
Responsibilities:
Measure and mix paint materials according to batch formulas and production specifications.
- Operate and monitor mixing equipment to ensure proper consistency and quality.
- Label, package, and move finished product while maintaining an organized work area.
- Follow all safety, quality, and housekeeping procedures throughout the production process.
Qualifications and Requirements:
High school diploma required
- Must wear steel toe boots at all times while on the production floor.
- Must keep shirt tucked in at all times to comply with safety and workplace standards.
- Ability to follow safety procedures, work in a fast-paced environment, and complete assigned tasks reliably.

If you are hired, your base salary will be determined based on factors such as individual skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future & continued salary growth.
