•Answer incoming phone calls promptly and professionally
•Transfer calls to appropriate departments or personnel
•Greet visitors and direct them as needed
•Schedule, coordinate, and manage meeting room bookings
•Maintain meeting room calendars and resolve scheduling conflicts
