Job Description
A produce wholesaler in Elizabethtown, Kentucky, is hiring within their office. This position is a direct hire role, involves taking customer orders both in-person and over the phone, accounting responsibilities, and lots of data entry.
Responsibilities:
- Working with customers in-person and over the phone
- Sharing customer orders with team members
- Data Entry: updating work tickets, typing up customer orders, proofing invoices
- Accounts payables and receivables
- Scheduling pickups and coordinating meetings
- Answering phones and managing records
Qualifications and Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- 2 years of office-warehouse experience preferred
- Prior experience with A/P and A/R required
- Must possess phone etiquette and prior customer service experience
- Microsoft Office experience required
- Willing to be cross-trained
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment screening
