Job Description:
An HR Generalist manages day-to-day human resources functions such as recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, compliance, and performance management to support both employees and organizational goals.
Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees
- Administer employee benefits, compensation, and HR policies while ensuring legal compliance
- Serve as a point of contact for employee relations, addressing concerns and resolving workplace issues
- Support performance management processes, including evaluations, training, and development initiatives
Requirements:
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Associate's degree in business, human resources, or other related degree required.
- Minimum of four years' of talent acquisition or human resource experience required.
- Proficient in MS Office suite, experience with web-based programs preferred.

If you are hired, your base salary will be determined based on factors such as individual skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical to allow for future & continued salary growth
