What You’ll Do:
- Support full month-end and year-end close, including journal entries and reconciliations
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement
- Assist with audit preparation and ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls
- Handle key accounting functions including revenue and expense tracking
- Contribute to process improvements that enhance efficiency and accuracy
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- 3+ years of accounting experience (general ledger, reconciliations, month-end close)
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis)
- Experience in multi-entity or high-volume transactional environments
