Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll & AP Specialist to support a well-established organization in Omaha. This role is responsible for managing in-house payroll processing and supporting accounts payable functions in a structured, process-driven environment. This is a critical position ensuring employees are paid accurately and on time while maintaining efficient AP operations. What You Will Do
- Process payroll accurately and on time
- Maintain employee payroll records, deductions, and updates
- Assist with payroll tax reporting and compliance (941s, 940s, etc.)
- Handle full-cycle accounts payable processing
- Follow established procedures for high-volume, detail-driven tasks
What You Will Bring
- Recent payroll experience (within the last 5 years)
- Accounts payable experience in a professional setting
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and process adherence
- Experience with Sage or similar systems is a plus
