Welder 1st shift | $23/hr. based on experience | 6am-2:30pm

We are seeking a skilled Welder to join a growing manufacturing team. In this role, you will perform MIG (GMAW) and TIG (GTAW) welding on a variety of materials including aluminum, stainless steel, and structural components. This position offers consistent hours and a supportive work environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform MIG (GMAW) and TIG (GTAW) welding following established welding procedures
- Work with a variety of metals including aluminum, stainless, and mild steel
- Interpret welding specifications and blueprints
- Maintain quality and safety standards throughout production
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Experience with MIG and TIG welding required
- Familiarity with resistance welding (spot welding) is a plus
- Ability to use an oxy-acetylene torch (brazing experience preferred)
- Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools (tape measure, calipers)
- Reliable attendance and ability to follow instructions
- Must be able to pass pre-employment screenings

Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity.
