Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Clerk with HR support experience to join a growing team. This dual-role position is responsible for handling accounts payable, data entry, and financial transactions while supporting HR functions such as onboarding, recordkeeping, and administrative coordination. This role requires strong accuracy, organization, and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:
Accounting / Accounts Payable:
- Process and match vendor invoices to purchase orders and receipts
- Enter invoices into ERP system and resolve discrepancies
- Code invoices and expenses to appropriate general ledger accounts
- Prepare and process vendor payments (checks, debit memos)
- Maintain AP files, vendor records, and W-9 documentation
- Reconcile AP aging and assist with month-end close
- Communicate with vendors to resolve billing or account issues
Clerical / Data Entry Support:
- Enter customer purchase orders and maintain ERP records
- Track and update order status, logs, and reports
- Assist with production documentation and shop packets
- Research billing issues and support internal teams
- Provide backup administrative/phone support as needed
HR Support:
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Assist with onboarding, new hire orientation, and paperwork
- Support recruiting efforts (job postings, interview scheduling)
- Update HR systems with employee data and changes
Qualifications and Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- 2–5 years of accounting, clerical, or HR support experience
- Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills
- Experience with ERP systems preferred
- High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
- Strong organizational and communication skills

In the spirit of pay transparency, we want to share the base salary range for this position is $14.00 – $19.00 per hour, not including benefits, potential bonuses or additional compensation. If you are hired, your base salary will be determined based on factors such as individual skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location. In addition, we also believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future & continued salary growth
