Job Description:
We are currently hiring General Laborers and Finishers to support manufacturing, warehouse, and production operations. This position is ideal for individuals with experience in general labor, manufacturing, warehouse work, construction, or metal finishing.
We are currently hiring General Laborers and Finishers to support manufacturing, warehouse, and production operations. This position is ideal for individuals with experience in general labor, manufacturing, warehouse work, construction, or metal finishing.
The General Laborer will assist with material handling, equipment operation, product assembly, grinding and finishing metal parts, and maintaining a clean and safe workspace. Candidates who are reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable with physical work are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general labor duties in manufacturing, warehouse, and production environments
- Assist with construction and maintenance tasks including carrying materials and supporting equipment operation
- Load and unload materials and shipments in warehouse operations
- Support manufacturing and production lines by assembling products and operating machinery
- Use hand tools and power tools such as grinders and sanders to finish metal parts
- Remove defects, smooth welds, and deburr metal components to meet quality standards
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
- Prepare parts for painting, packaging, or shipping
- Maintain clean work areas and perform janitorial duties when needed
- Follow workplace safety guidelines and procedures
Qualifications and Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Previous experience in general labor, warehouse, manufacturing, construction, or production preferred
- Ability to safely use hand tools and power tools
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to lift, carry, and move materials
- Comfortable performing repetitive physical tasks
- Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity

In the spirit of pay transparency, we want to share the base salary range for this position, which is $14.00 per hour, not including benefits, potential bonuses, or additional compensation. If you are hired, your base salary will be determined based on factors such as individual skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location. In addition, we also believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members as part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future & continued salary growth.
