Job Description:
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service / Clerical Support professional to support a busy business unit and customer service team. This role is responsible for entering customer purchase orders, processing vendor invoices, and assisting with administrative and operational tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Enter customer purchase orders into ERP system
- Create job folders and maintain contract review logs for new orders
- Update order details and maintain accuracy in system records
- Assist with shipment documentation, reports, and proof of delivery
- Support production planning by preparing shop/work order packets
- Monitor customer portals and provide updates to internal teams
- Research and resolve customer inquiries and billing issues
- Maintain logs, reports, and order tracking documentation
- Initiate and document customer quality alerts as needed
- Provide general clerical support and backup phone coverage
- Assist with continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications and Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2–5 years of clerical, customer service, or administrative experience
- Strong computer skills (Excel, Microsoft Office)
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and communicate effectively across departments

In addition, we also believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members as part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role.
