Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Mechanical Technician to support CNC staple set brush-making machinery in a manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for setting up, maintaining, and troubleshooting specialized production equipment to ensure efficient operations. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical aptitude and experience working with automated and manual machinery. Responsibilities:
• Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot staple set brush-making machinery
• Perform preventative maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, pneumatic, and related system issues
• Complete machine changeovers for various brush designs and materials
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines

Qualifications and Requirements:
• Must have a minimum 5 years of experience with automated and manual production equipment in an industrial setting
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills with knowledge of manufacturing processes
• Must have familiarity with pneumatic and electrical systems
• Must have the ability to read and interpret technical manuals and engineering blueprints
• High school diploma or GED required; technical certification preferred

The base pay range for this position is $52,000–$56,000, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final compensation will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future growth.
