Job Description
As a Maintenance Technician you will responsible for maintaining and repairing various equipment throughout entire production facility
Responsibilities:
- Plan, implement installation, modification, and repair equipment
- Ensures operation of machinery and electrical equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements on engines, motors, pneumatic tools, conveyor systems, and production machines; following diagrams, sketches, operations manuals, manufacturer's instructions, and engineering specifications; troubleshooting malfunctions
- Controls downtime by informing production workers of routine preventive maintenance techniques; monitoring compliance
- Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with safety procedures, rules, regulations & GMPs for facility
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of general maintenance experience in a commercial environment is Required
- Knowledge about AC/DC Drives and experience with PLC's is preferred
- Ability to work independently with good organizational skills
- Ability to identify problems and respond accordingly
- HVAC systems knowledge
- Ability to work 12 hour night shift
