Job Description
The Director – Financial Analysis partners directly with senior leadership, including the CFO, to drive financial strategy, reporting, and performance management for a key business line. This role blends strategic finance with hands-on execution, delivering insights that shape business decisions and improve operational outcomes. Responsibilities include leading budgeting and forecasting processes, analyzing performance, developing KPIs, and ensuring alignment with regulatory expectations. The position plays a critical role in translating financial data into actionable insights that support growth and efficiency.
What You Will Do
- Partner with executive leadership to deliver financial insights and strategic recommendations
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for the business line
- Develop and enhance KPI reporting and performance dashboards
- Identify operational efficiencies and drive financial performance improvements
- Ensure financial strategies align with regulatory requirements and industry standards
What You Bring
- 5+ years of finance experience within banking or financial services
- Experience supporting wealth management, investments, or advisory business lines
- Strong FP&A, financial modeling, and business partnering skills
- Executive-level communication and presentation abilities
- Bachelor’s degree required; CPA, CFA, or MBA preferred
