Job Description
As a PEMsert Machine Operator, you will operate insertion equipment used to install self-clinching fasteners into metal components. This role is essential to maintaining product quality, precision, and production efficiency. You will work with blueprints, measuring tools, and machinery to ensure accurate installation and alignment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, mechanically inclined, and committed to producing high-quality work in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:
Operate PEMsert machines to install nuts, studs, and standoffs into metal parts
Load, position, and unload components for accurate fastener placement
Read and interpret work instructions, blueprints, and drawings
Perform in-process inspections to ensure proper installation and quality
Use measuring tools such as calipers, gauges, and tape measures

Qualifications and Requirements:
Previous experience operating PEMsert or similar machinery preferred
Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to work with tools and equipment
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and work instructions
High attention to detail and commitment to quality standards

The base pay range for this position is $17.00–$19.00 per hour, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final compensation will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future growth.
