Job Description
This role blends portfolio management with business development, supporting both the stability and growth of an established commercial lending portfolio. You will manage existing client relationships while identifying opportunities to expand through C&I lending and deposit generation. The position plays a key role in maintaining client satisfaction, strengthening the loan portfolio, and contributing to the bank’s long-term growth strategy.
What You Will Do
- Manage and maintain an existing commercial loan portfolio (primarily CRE)
- Build and develop new C&I lending relationships
- Support deposit generation efforts to fuel future growth
- Collaborate with leadership to stabilize and grow the lending function
- Ensure strong client service and ongoing relationship management
What You Bring
- Commercial lending, portfolio management, or credit analysis experience
- Understanding of commercial real estate lending structures
- Ability to develop and maintain business relationships
- Knowledge of deposit generation and its impact on lending capacity
- Strong communication and client-facing skills
