Responsibilities:
- Assist with general construction site tasks and cleanup
- Support crew members with materials, tools, and basic labor needs
- Work on ladders as needed (up to 6 feet in height)
- Use basic hand tools and equipment, including hand drills
- Follow all safety guidelines and job site procedures
Requirements:
- Previous construction site experience required
- Ability to safely use basic hand tools
- Ability to read a tape measure
- Comfortable working on a ladder (up to 6 ft)
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Ability to take direction and work as part of a team
- Ability to work indoors or outdoors in non climate-controlled environments and lift up to 50 lbs
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience assisting skilled trades (carpentry, electrical, etc.)
- Familiarity with common construction tools and practices
