Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Trust Officer to manage a portfolio of trust relationships while providing technical expertise, compliance oversight, and client support. This role will play a key part in stabilizing and guiding a developing team, ensuring fiduciary responsibilities are met with precision and care. You will serve as a trusted advisor to clients while partnering internally to strengthen processes and elevate service delivery.
What You’ll Do
- Manage ~150 trust accounts including trusts, IRAs, and HSAs
- Ensure compliance with fiduciary standards, regulations, and internal policies
- Provide technical trust expertise to clients and internal stakeholders
- Support, mentor, and help develop junior team members
- Maintain strong client relationships and deliver high-quality service
What You’ll Bring
- Experience in trust administration, estate, fiduciary, or tax-related roles
- Strong understanding of compliance, regulations, and fiduciary responsibilities
- Ability to manage client relationships with professionalism and clarity
- Detail-oriented and process-driven mindset
- Strong communication skills with clients, attorneys, and CPAs

- CPA with estate/trust tax experience
- Attorney with estate planning exposure
- Trust Administrator ready to step into a higher-level role
