Job Description:
Bindery Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining bindery equipment to produce high-quality finished products. This role requires prior bindery experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. The operator ensures production runs smoothly, meets quality standards, and adheres to deadlines while maintaining a safe and organized workspace.
Responsibilities:
- Set up and manage bindery machines
- Monitor production to ensure quality standards
- Troubleshoot equipment issues as needed
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
