Leasing Consultant | $25/hour |MON-FRI 8:00am to 5:00pm | Temp-to-Hire |Madison, WI| Onsite
What Matters Most:

Job Duties:
-Conduct all business in accordance with company policies and procedures, Fair Housing, ADA, Fair Credit Reporting Act and all other Federal, State and Local laws pertaining to Multi-Family Housing.
– Successfully complete all steps in the leasing and renewal process using outstanding sales and customer service techniques.
– Stay informed of current rental rates, sizes, locations and all amenities of the property.
– Use established property tour route utilizing sales skills to demonstrate market ready product and availability to close prospects. Maintain reports to show closing ratio of at least 50%.
– Develop positive working relationships with residents and coworkers, ensuring that resident inquires and complaints are addressed in a timely and satisfactory manner to ensure maximum number of lease renewals.
– In absence of the Community Business Manager or Assistant Community Manager, schedule maintenance and on-site personnel.
– Complete all necessary paperwork, reporting, and filing on an ongoing basis.

Requirements:
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent communication skills including outgoing personality and thrives on interaction with people.
- Assertive and competitive. Self-driven with the ability to close the deal.
- Able to work comfortably in a professional environment
- Relevant field or equivalent experience required.
- Individuals must be able to lift 10 -15 lbs

In the spirit of pay transparency, we want to share the pay range for this position is $25.00, not including benefits, potential bonuses or additional compensation. If you are hired, your base salary will be determined based on factors such as individual skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location. In addition, we also believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical to allow for future & continued salary growth
