Job Description:
The Oracle Fusion Security Analyst will support enterprise security operations within a large-scale Oracle Fusion Cloud environment. This role will focus on security design, configuration, and administration across Oracle Fusion applications, ensuring proper access controls, compliance, and system integrity.
Responsibilities:
- Configure, manage, and maintain security within the Oracle Fusion Security Console, including users, roles, and privileges
- Design and implement role-based access controls (RBAC) aligned to business and compliance requirements
- Support security administration across Oracle Fusion applications, ensuring appropriate access and segregation of duties
- Monitor and audit user access, identifying and resolving security risks or inconsistencies
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather requirements and translate them into secure system configurations
- Support Oracle WebCenter security configurations and integrations
- Troubleshoot and resolve security-related issues within the Oracle Fusion environment
- Assist with security testing, validation, and audit readiness activities
- Document security configurations, processes, and best practices
- Provide ongoing support and guidance for user access and security governance
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Security
- Strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Security Console (roles, privileges, user provisioning)
- Experience supporting or administering Oracle WebCenter
- Proven ability to design and manage application security frameworks and access controls
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)
- Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
- Working knowledge of Oracle Fusion Applications (FIN, HCM, SCM, etc.)
- Experience in enterprise environments with compliance and audit requirements

The Pay Rate range for this position is $60 – $65/hour W2, excluding benefits. Your final Pay Rate will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity.
