Job Description
As a Warehouse Selector, you will play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly by accurately selecting, moving, and preparing products for distribution. This role involves working with voice-guided technology and operating warehouse equipment in a fast-paced environment. You’ll be part of a high-energy team focused on accuracy, safety, and efficiency. This is an active, hands-on position ideal for individuals who enjoy physical work and teamwork.
Responsibilities:
- Select and pick products accurately using a voice-guided warehouse system in 35°F environment.
- Operate electric pallet jacks or forklifts to transport materials
- Build, wrap, and stage pallets to ensure safe and timely shipment
- Maintain organization in staging areas and ensure orders are labeled correctly
- Communicate with leadership regarding safety concerns, damaged goods, or equipment issues
Qualifications and Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. occasionally
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods
- Comfortable working in varying temperature environments (dry, cooler, freezer)
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced team environment

The base salary range for this position is $18.43/per hour, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
