Job Description
As an Industrial Maintenance Technician, you will play a key role in maintaining and repairing production equipment to support efficient operations and minimize downtime.
Responsibilities:
- Perform preventive maintenance on motors, pneumatics, conveyors, and production equipment
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical systems, including 110 VAC and 240/480 VAC 3-phase
- Adjust, fabricate, and repair parts using hand tools, welding/brazing equipment, and shop machinery
- Complete maintenance reports and collaborate with production teams
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Previous industrial maintenance experience required
- Ability to work 2nd/3rd shifts and weekends as needed
- Strong mechanical, electrical, and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to read schematics, manuals, and safety documentation
- Experience with hand/power tools, diagnostics, welding, and machining
- Must pass background check and drug screening

The base salary range for this position is $25/hr.+, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
