Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues on production equipment
- Perform equipment adjustments, repairs, and rebuilds using manuals and blueprints
- Conduct routine maintenance to minimize downtime
- Maintain clean and organized work areas
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
Qualifications and Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience required
- Experience working with production or manufacturing equipment
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform hands-on work
- Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic
- Must be able to pass pre-employment screenings
